OUR WORK

Most studies on global food security do not make projections past the year 2050.

Contrarily, under a sustainability scenario,

we estimate that there will be enough food production to feed the global population.

We are on a mission to unite communities and change that.

We believe that sustainable work is locally-led.

Along with implementing community-owned self-sufficiency, water, land, orphanage/housing, training centre, church

and medical clinic our local partners help facilitate comprehensive discipleship to the glory of God.

“Let there be light”...

Genesis 1

The earth was without form, and void;

and darkness was on the face of the deep.
And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.

...and there was light.

STAGES OF THE BUILD

Stage 1 - Water

Stage 2 - Land

Genesis 1:7

Thus God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament; and it was so.

Genesis 2:5-6

For the Lord God had not caused it to rain on the earth, and there was no man to till the ground; but a mist went up from the earth and watered the whole face of the ground.

Genesis 2:10

Now a river went out of Eden to water the garden, and from there it parted and became four riverheads.

Stage 2 - Land

Genesis 1:9-10

Then God said, “Let the waters under the heavens be gathered together into one place, and let the dry land appear”; and it was so. 10 And God called the dry land Earth, and the gathering together of the waters He called Seas. And God saw that it was good.

Stage 3 - Self-sufficiency

Genesis 1:29-30

Then God said, “Let there be lights in the firmament of the heavens to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs and seasons, and for days and years; 15 and let them be for lights in the firmament of the heavens to give light on the earth”; and it was so.

Genesis 1:14-15

And God said, “See, I have given you every herb that yields seed which is on the face of all the earth, and every tree whose fruit yields seed; to you it shall be for food. Also, to every beast of the earth, to every bird of the air, and to everything that creeps on the earth, in which there is [i]life, I have given every green herb for food”; and it was so.

Stage 4 - Orphanage

Genesis 1:11-12

Then God said, “Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb that yields seed, and the fruit tree that yields fruit according to its kind, whose seed
is in itself, on the earth”; and it was so.
And the earth brought forth grass, the herb that yields seed according to its kind, and the tree that yields fruit, whose seed is in itself according to its kind.

And God saw that it was good.

Stage 5 - Church/School/Training Centre

Stage 6 - Medical Clinic

... He rested from all the work of creating that he had done.

Stage 7 - Glory to God

Genesis 1:26-28

Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. Then God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that [h]moves on the earth.”

WE ARE CALLED TO...

Isaiah 61: 1-6

“The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me,

Because the Lord has anointed Me

To preach good tidings to the poor;

He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,

To proclaim liberty to the captives,

And the opening of the prison to those who are bound;

To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord,

And the day of vengeance of our God;

To comfort all who mourn,

To console those who mourn in Zion,

To give them beauty for ashes,

The oil of joy for mourning,

The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness;

That they may be called trees of righteousness,

The planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.”

And they shall rebuild the old ruins,

They shall raise up the former desolations,

And they shall repair the ruined cities,

The desolations of many generations.

Strangers shall stand and feed your flocks,

And the sons of the foreigner

Shall be your plowmen and your vinedressers.

But you shall be named the priests of the Lord,

They shall call you the servants of our God.
